Morthyng was succesful in the Invest in Skills Award (sponsored by Rotherham Local Strategic Partnership) and the Business Growth Award (sponsored by Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber).
Rotherham-based Optimas Training was highly commended in the Business Growth Award and the Rotherham Work & Skills Board sponsored the Employer of the Year Award.
The awards were held at The Holiday Inn in Rotherham and organised by the Yorkshire Training Partnership, the consortium of local training providers.
Morthyng is a registered charity providing training and education to individuals, groups and communities throughout the Rotherham. They have five centres and offer courses in Basic Skills, I.T, Painting and Decorating, Warehousing, Retail, Customer Service.
