Leading insolvency expert Paul Moorhead will be explaining how to avoid the problems of bad debt at a special seminar in Rotherham on October 16.
Avoid the Credit Gamble is a free event being presented by CreditSiren in association with the Institute of Credit Management and South Yorkshire insolvency practitioners Moorhead Savage at RiDO's Fusion @ Magna Business Centre at Templeborough from 9.45am to noon.
Paul will be explaining the different avenues available for handling the issue of bad debtors. There will also be a demonstration of CreditSiren, the revolutionary new credit checking and management system with the offer of 12 months' free access to the system for everyone who attends the seminar.
Paul, who has a PhD in insolvency law, said: "It is always important to remember that creditors do have rights and processes that they so often simply don't know about.
"The message we want to get out there is that there are things you can do when things go wrong and invoices are not being paid but, as with all financial matters, it is best to act as quickly as possible and not simply to wait and hope things will get better."
CreditSiren are based at Fusion @ Magna and work with businesses to protect cash flow and ensure that debtors pay on time.
Moorhead Savage is based at RiDO's Moorgate Crofts business centre. They provide high quality, professional, impartial and ethical help and debt advice to both companies and individuals.
