Speciality Paperboard Containers Ltd picked up the New Start Award (sponsored by RiDO) at the Rotherham Business Awards 2009.
The Eastwood Trading Estate enterprise manufactures containers for clients in the ice cream, dairy, confectionery and pet food sectors, and produce secondary packaging for a diverse range of products.

Last year Swedish folding carton supplier, A&R Carton, acquired a 33% stake in the company.
