News: Lettings secured at Redwood Court
GRC UK are a specialist manufacturer and supplier of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) construction products for use in architectural dressing, cladding, and rain screen applications.
The company has secured 23,000 sq ft on a five year deal at the modern industrial complex, developed by Northern Trust.
The letting comes on the back of a hat trick of lettings incluing Dinnington Comprehensive School, and Pick & Pack Services Ltd who acquired unit 6 (6,208 sq ft) and unit 5 (4,630 sq ft) respectively on five year lease agreements. Complete Retail Security Ltd has also agreed a three year letting of Unit 7 totalling 1,734 sq ft.
The £4.5m park has already attracted high-profile companies including Leamington Spa-based business communications and event management consultants Dobson White Partnership, print and design company 1 Click Print and high security products and services specialists EM Security.
Rebecca Schofield, agency and development associate at the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, said: "The Redwood Court project has met the criteria for many companies looking to both relocate in South Yorkshire and for those searching for a new, modern base.
"It has spurred on the renaissance in Rotherham and continued to foster the budding entrepreneurial spirit that has emerged in the region.
"The Redwood Court project offers high quality industrial and warehouse accommodation in a prime location. Having such a range of spaces offers flexibility, and this is demonstrated in the diverse range of tenants attracted to the site so far."
David Lee from property investment, development and land regeneration company Northern Trust, added: "Dinnington itself is already a proven business location, with nearby occupiers including Johnston Press, Manor Motorsport, Macalloy, Scomagg and Centrepac. Redwood Court continues to play an important role in our drive to regenerate this southern area of the borough."
