News: Back to new at Neilson Hydraulics

By

Rotherham-based Neilson Hydraulics & Engineering has introduced a "Back To New" service where original components can be repaired and replaced back to their original specification.

Neilson is a sales partner of Sauer-Danfoss; one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of mobile hydraulics and electrohydraulics and Bosch Rexroth Industrial Hydraulics; one of the world's leading specialists in the field of drive and control technologies.

Established in 1977, Neilson supplies the construction, engineering, farming, materials handling, marine, plastics, recycling and steel industry. The firm also designs and manufactures hydraulic systems and cylinders at its factory in Catcliffe.

The new service is offered through Bosch Rexroth and aims to assist companies that are looking to invest in preventative maintenance to improve productivity and reduce the overall costs. In a bid to reduce downtime many manufacturing companies are pushing their production equipment to its maximum capacity, whilst trying to cut their overhead costs at the same time.

Andrew Hone, sales and marketing manager at Neilson Hydraulics, said: "As a Bosch Rexroth sales partner, we are delighted to offer the "Back To New" service. It can help to save expensive downtime, reduce machinery failure and you are also provided with a 12 month warranty from Bosch Rexroth. It is ideal for companies who want to recondition their existing hydraulic parts back to their optimal performance with the peace of mind that is covered under a set warranty period."
