News: Firm win Environmental Awards for Rotherham site
The Rotherham brick works of Huddersfield landscape company, Marshalls have been awarded the International Green Apple Award 2007 for environmental best practice. Presented by David Bellamy, the firm had been recognised for the success of the project to support wildlife at its site in Maltby and for the company’s “never-ending efforts to adapt their working practices to benefit the environment." Last month the firm were awarded The Wildlife Trusts’ Biodiversity Benchmark presented by Brian Blessed.
