Having agreed the heads of terms with landowners, Rotherham Meteropolitan Borough Council, the company is set to tie up the Development Agreement shortly, enabling Oak to focus on completing the scheme’s tenant profile and marketing the project to prospective tenants. With the design team in place, the company is set to focus on detailed design and the developers also expect to secure a development loan to take the YES! Project to completion.
