News: Profits on a plate for Rotherham restaurateurs & hoteliers
Chesterfield-based Evolution Training is launching the first of a series of fully funded workshops for restaurant owners, head chefs and food managers in Yorkshire and Humberside to help to increase their profitability. The half-day courses are intensive and very practical, and show where and how companies can improve their profitability, how to minimise wastage and menu planning. As Paul Thompson at Evolution Training explains: "At a time when profits are being squeezed and with customers tightening belts there has never been a more important time to see how you can make the profits you need to on food production and retail. The ‘Maximising Food Profits’ course is very practical and provides real-life and common sense advice."
