News: Profits on a plate for Rotherham restaurateurs & hoteliers

Chesterfield-based Evolution Training is launching the first of a series of fully funded workshops for restaurant owners, head chefs and food managers in Yorkshire and Humberside to help to increase their profitability. The half-day courses are intensive and very practical, and show where and how companies can improve their profitability, how to minimise wastage and menu planning.
