On March 11, some of the country's leading figures in business and education will come together to celebrate Rotherham Ready and to witness first hand, the radical impact that the enterprise education project has had on young people across the borough. The Excellence in Enterprise event will provide the opportunity for attendees to learn how Rotherham Ready has worked to create a culture of enterprise in schools and colleges to equip the next generation with the skills needed to ensure their future success and that of the UK economy. Star of "The Apprentice" and hard-nosed business woman, Ruth Badger, will be sharing her enterprise expertise with the pupils, explaining how she became a successful business woman and the importance of learning enterprise and director of curriculum at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA), Mick Waters will be on hand to share his thoughts on enterprise education. During the day enterprise workshops will be delivered by primary students from across Rotherham and children will also be running an enterprise market place.
