Thornhill Industrial Estate in Rotherham is up for auction later this month, with a guide price of £1.3m.
UK property consultants, King Sturge are holding the auction at Le Meridien in London on July 16 on the instruction of administrators, Ernst & Young.
The property for sale is the £500m Industrious portfolio of the Dunedin Property Group which went into receivership last year.
