News: Red Pepper in Rotherham town centre

Red Pepper has recently re-opened under new management in Rotherham town centre following significant investment.

Business partners Paul Holroyd and Sai Li have invested £100,000 in the Wellgate restaurant, refurbishing the kitchen, restaurant and introducing a cocktail lounge – the only one in Rotherham – on the ground floor.

Paul Holroyd said: "We are looking to revitalise the area and attract clientele to sample our excellent cuisine, we believe our restaurant offers that extra something special complementing Rotherham's existing offer."

Sai Li who has a wealth of experience in Chinese Cantonese food said: "Our ingredients are carefully chosen. We serve the best cuts of meat, finest seafood and freshest vegetables which are cooked to your individual taste."

To celebrate the re-opening, discount vouchers are available to download as part of the Click Backs scheme that offer £2 off the Chinese buffet menu in the run up to Christmas.
