News: Four lettings at Hellaby Business Centre

Four lettings have been secured at Hellaby Business Centre in Rotherham, bringing in a combined workforce of over 100 people.

Following the administration of soft furnishing retailer Rosebys and the subsequent vacation of their head office at Hellaby Industrial Estate in Rotherham in 2008, Steinhoff UK Group Properties has transformed the property to create a modern and flexible business centre which they have appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate to market.

Employment consultants, Forefront Recruitment, clothing retailer Edinburgh Woollen Mill, IT systems consultants Sheffield Business Systems and information management and business process outsourcing providers Vangent Ltd have all signed up to take space.

In addition to securing the instruction to let the space BNP Paribas Real Estate will also manage the property on behalf of Steinhoff.
