Katie Evans from Rotherham, established The Heavenly Coffee Company in Dinnington after her parents' family run beverage company Café Sienna was bought out.
The University of Nottingham History graduate set up alone eight months ago with the aim of giving customers the opportunity to choose from exotic beans originating from across the globe to make their own distinctive drinks.
The Rotherham Enterprise Project, which is part financed by The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), helped Katie by offering her essential business knowledge and support when setting up from one of the project's business coaches, Rob Moorhouse.
Katie said: said: "I've been brought up in a family who are used to working for themselves so I really wanted to set something up on my own. We’re now attracting business from as far as Newcastle thanks to the Rotherham Enterprise Project who helped me on my way.
"I've always been a hard worker and found working for my parents really interesting so I decided to set up my high quality coffee wholesale company, but I knew I needed help getting my idea off the ground.
"I contacted one of their business coaches to help me ensure all the correct human resource procedures were in place along with advice about the different laws, taxes and licences which would affect my business. Now we're doing great!
"We've just invested in four more staff and two vans to bring more dynamic to the business. It's been such an exciting time and I'm thrilled to have had the help I've had from The Rotherham Enterprise Project."
The company has its own office and warehouse complete with coffee machines and grinders to enable the quality beans to be used for espresso, cafettiere or filter coffee. Clients already include cupcake company Fancie, Cream cafe in Broomhill and the Millenium Galleries Cafe.
Rachel Clark, of Rotherham Investment and Development Office (RIDO) said: "Katie's ability to use her initiative and create a unique customer experience is something to be admired. She has been a delight and is a shining example to anyone hoping to establish their own enterprise."
