News: John Brailsford Printers invests in Rotherham
Quick printers, John Brailsford has invested in a Xerox 770 digital colour press at their Rotherham works to increase capacity and enhance their same day printing service.
John Brailsford began with a second-hand press in his mum's kitchen in 1986. The family company, which now employees 16 people, has continued to invest in new machinery as the business grew.
The Parkgate facility is now home to new Xerox kit that will free up the existing printers to take on even more longer run and multipage work.
John Brailsford, director, said: "We already have tried and tested Xerox equipment at our branches in Rotherham and Barnsley and the 770 ticked all the boxes once again.
"The 770 will be used to expand our in by 11 and out same day printing service which is proving extremely popular, without having to fight the competitive price war, the 770 is the first installation in South Yorkshire."
Nicola Coghill, solutions executive at Xerox UK, added: "It's great to see this forward thinking company using our equipment for added value work, John certainly checked out all the available alternatives before making the commitment once again to Xerox, a testament to the success he has made with our equipment in the past and the growth he expects with the 770."
