News: Glassolutions extends contract with Allianz Insurance
Glassolutions Installation has secured a second sole supply contract with leading insurance company Allianz, extending their ten-year relationship through to 2015.
The French-owned, Rotherham-based company has signed a new three year agreement to provide nationwide glass repair service and becomes Allianz's preferred sole supplier for both domestic and commercial glazing services.
Allianz is one of the top ten UK insurers and employs around 4500 people in the UK. Overall the successful business saw gross written premiums increase by 10% in 2011 and the group predicts continued growth in 2012.
Part of the international Saint-Gobain Group, Glassolutions, formerly Solaglas Installation, is a market leader in providing general insurers, brokers and intermediaries with 24/7 nationwide repair services, operating from its headquarters and service centre at Waterlands, Manvers.
Andrew Betteridge, sales manager at Glassolutions, said: "We're delighted that Allianz have extended their commitment to work exclusively with us for a further term, based on our ethical approach to business and the quality, transparency and value-for-money of the service we provide.
