Dinnington in Rotherham is one of the fastest growing and most successful commercial areas in South Yorkshire, according to property consultants Knight Frank. Developed by New Park Projects and Hillarys Developments, Bentley Business Park has been a huge success with the units of phase 3 expected to be snapped up quickly. Tim Bottrill of Knight Frank stated that "We have seen substantial interest from speculative investors, direct sales and lettings to tenants because of the quality of the properties, combined with healthy local workforce markets and some of the country's best transport links"
