News: Sparkling future for drinks dispenser firm after acquisition of Rotherham firm

By

A Blackpool-based manufacturer of soft drinks dispensers is set to grow following its acquisition of a firm specialising in brewing equipment. Booth Dispensers Ltd acquired Rotherham-based Brandels Ltd, which specialises in the repair, refurbishment and supply of beer and soft drink equipment. Booth, established for 40 years, has a strong reputation within the industry for its provision of soft drink vending machines and dispensing equipment, and the addition of Brandels will allow it to extend its offering to the brewing sector. Tony Harper of law firm Brabners Chaffe Street advised on the deal: “This acquisition signals a very positive future for Booth. “Over the past seven years, the firm has experienced sustained growth and the addition of Brandels allows it to exploit further niches in the national and international brewery sector.” Brandels Ltd was established by Mark and Andrea Williams and has traded for 10 years. Booth has been a major supplier for the firm, which has developed business through an excellence in customer service which Booth intends to retain and grow.
