News: Tool company move for Knight Frank

Property expert Knight Frank will oversee a multi-million pound move to Rotherham for leading global brand Dormer Tools. The Sheffield-based team is undertaking a fast-track seven month project to manage Dormer's move to the brand new 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility which is located at the AMP. Dormer staff currently based at the Shireoaks Road site in Worksop will transfer to the new location. Knight Frank's Jonathan Ingleby said: "This is an intensive but extremely exciting project for Knight Frank's team. "Our role is to bring the whole project together for Dormer." Nigel Bullivant, Dormer's chief information officer said: "Occupying new prestigious premises marks a new era in the history of the company. Our prime position in the heart of the AMP places us in one of the most significant regeneration schemes in the Yorkshire area and brings us back to our South Yorkshire roots."
