By

Bluetree Design & Print have invested in two new digital printers for their new facility at Templeborough, Rotherham. Bluetree purchased Unit 4 of Strategic Sites "Ignite @ Magna" development last year, comprising 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of office space. The company, with over 50 members of staff, is expanding across two locations to increase its business capacity and will dedicate the new building at Magna to digital print and finishing production. Managing director Bryan Shirley told Print Week: "We have experienced a massive increase in demand for our digital services in recent years. "We now turn over £4m and our digital operation is equal to the £1m we were turning over in 2001."We are projecting a turnover increase of 8% by next April, so are looking to the region of £4.3m." Bluetree Design & Print has bought a super-wide format HP Scitex XP2700 and an Inca Spyder 320Q digital flatbed that will help the company attract new clients.
