The Star reports that work on the 151,123 sq ft warehouse at the Magna 34 Business Park in Rotherham is nearing completion. The large scale warehouse, with 14 dock-level loading doors, is being developed by a consortium comprising Jaguar Estates, JF Finnegan and Loxley Land. Toby Vernon of letting agents M3 told The Star: "Although Doncaster and the M18 has seen substantial speculative development of large scale industrial units over recent years, there has been very little along the M1 corridor around Sheffield and Rotherham. "We have seen latent demand in this location from large scale, well established local occupiers who need to relocate or expand and wish to remain within the area. "We expect this interest to continue as the remaining elements of the Magna34 scheme reach completion throughout 2008 and 2009." The 19 acre Business Park at Templeborough also includes office and industrial space.
