News: Rotherham manufacturers beating gloom

The Yorkshire Post reports on the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) which showed that industrial production fell 0.8 per cent between April and May, well beyond analysts' expectations of a 0.1 percent decline. That's common around South Yorkshire manufacturers. No doubt there will be pockets that are not doing so well but July has started with record output."
