News: Morphy Richards to launch Intellisteam

Crain's Manchester Business report that advertising agency BJL has created the European advertising campaign to launch a new food steamer for Morphy Richards. The agency has created a national press and outdoor campaign to launch the Intellisteam in September. Described as a a revolution in steam technology, it brings a whole meal together to finish precisely at the same time thanks to its intelligent digital timer. BJL was appointed by Rotherham-based Morphy Richards last year, with this campaign being the first from the agency. Morphy Richards specialises in the manufacturing of toasters, hairdryers, bread makers, kettles and sandwich toasters and other appliances and the company claim that at least one Morphy Richards product can be found in 90% of household throughout the UK. The company is owned by the Irish Glen Dimplex electronics group and employ around 300 people at their factory in Swinton.
