By

Sheffield University's Management School has signed up as the latest Platinum members of Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber and they will be hitting the ground running with the promotion of their new Executive MBA, which can be achieved with the help of a Chamber Bursary. The Executive MBA is designed for management professionals who want to progress their careers and gain in-depth management knowledge. Taught using multiple approaches to learning, the programme will appeal to people from a wide range of backgrounds and industries and is specifically designed to fit around a full-time job. Professor Keith Glaister, Dean of the University’s Management School, said: "We are delighted to join the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber and to have also established a partnership in which members of the Chamber can benefit from scholarships to study our Executive MBA. We firmly believe that our EMBA will provide numerous benefits to members and businesses in the region." Mike Smith, Executive Chairman of the Chamber, said: "The agreement we have reached is reward for a great deal of work done behind the scenes between both our organizations. I trust the relationship will prove fruitful and that our members will not only take advantage of, but will benefit from the bursary we have set in place."
