News: Work begins on phase two of Century Networkcentre

By

The Yorkshire Post reports that work has started on site for phase two of the Century Networkcentre in Manvers, Rotherham. Network Space Ltd, a joint venture between property developer Langtree Group plc and English Partnerships will provide more than 30,000 sq ft of work space, with a total of 13 units ranging from 750 sq ft to 7,969 sq ft. Claire Chisholm, property manager at Network Space, told the paper: "Demand for the units at Century Park Networkcentre is buoyant, which is why we're investing in further development at a time when some developers have been tightening the purse strings." The newest tenant on site is Europe's leading vending-machine chain, Selecta UK, taking the occupancy level to 90 per cent. Other tenants include Technical Print, Eco Redwood Windows and Wren Turbines.
