The Yorkshire Post reports that work has started on site for phase two of the Century Networkcentre in Manvers, Rotherham. Network Space Ltd, a joint venture between property developer Langtree Group plc and English Partnerships will provide more than 30,000 sq ft of work space, with a total of 13 units ranging from 750 sq ft to 7,969 sq ft. Claire Chisholm, property manager at Network Space, told the paper: "Demand for the units at Century Park Networkcentre is buoyant, which is why we're investing in further development at a time when some developers have been tightening the purse strings." The newest tenant on site is Europe's leading vending-machine chain, Selecta UK, taking the occupancy level to 90 per cent. Other tenants include Technical Print, Eco Redwood Windows and Wren Turbines. Network Space website
