News: LIFE's energy solutions on show

LIFE-IC, the first dedicated business accelerator focused exclusively on new energy economy products and services, will be displaying the work they have undertaken in Rotherham at the Energy Solutions Expo 2008 this week in London. LIFE works with clean energy technology companies to accelerate their growth, reduce their risk profile and ready them for investment. They offer business advice and help with access to funding and are based within the Innovation Technology Centre (ITC) at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP). Of the 22 clean energy technology companies assisted to date, four have achieved public listings - CMR Fuel Cells Plc, ITM Power Plc, Voller Energy Group Plc and Disenco Energy Plc. Next month, LIFE is hosting a seminar on Commercialising Low Carbon Technologies in Rotherham, showcasing their own track record and the benfits of locating on the AMP.
