Following the £7.5m buyout last year, the Rotherham based electrical specialist, NECTA, will now be known as Connaught Compliance Electrical Services. It delivers a range of services including electrical inspection & testing, electrical training programmes, safe working procedures and electrical engineering support services. They employ over 230 people including engineers, site inspectors and tutors. Last year NECTA tested the sites of over 300 businesses and trained over 10,000 delegates. The company will still be offering excellent standards as before, but now with the backing of a plc with a turnover of over £350 million, which directly employs over 7000 people, and is on the FTSE 250. Connaught Compliance is a national integrated services provider with locations across the UK. It specialises in providing compliance services in gas, electrical, water, fire, energy efficiency, and health and safety. The Rotherham site at Templeborough is one of three UK training centres.
