News: Support for Yorkshire manufacturers

The EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, has published a guide to outline the support available for manufacturing companies in Yorkshire and the Humber. The EEF operates to help manufacturers continue to evolve, innovate and compete through the recession and beyond and operates a number of business services for the sector. The EEF also works with the government on manufacturing policy. The guide covers a number of schemes and initiatives to help with finance, skills, redundancy support and innovation. The guide accompanies the EEF's recently launched "Reality Check" website and blog that offers valuable insights into manufacturing and the economy.
