News: Meet the buyer in Rotherham
Rotherham Council and Business Link Yorkshire are holding a Meet The Buyer event at The Holiday Inn, Rotherham next month.
The free event on January 26 provides the opportunity for businesses to meet buyers from Rotherham Council and other local public sector organisations, obtain business advice, network with other organisations and find out how they can win more business.
There will be numerous stands hosted by buyers from the Council and other agencies such as Fire and Rescue, NHS, Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation and others - representing a procurement spend of over £250m.
Support agencies will also be present on the day to show you what help is at hand to assist your organisation win business and stay healthy in the current economic climate.
There will also be a series of presentations provided on subjects such as: a step by step guide to completing a successful tender; YORbuild - the future of construction in the region; upcoming contract opportunities.
