News: Businessmen get on their bikes for Bluebell Wood

Each rider was allowed to spend £250 of their own money to buy a bike no bigger than 50cc – tiny in motorcycle terms, and one which wouldn't normally be used for a long journey.
It was then up to the rider to make the bike "roadworthy", giving some much needed TLC.
Trevor Wragg, managing director of the Horbury Group, said: "When we were thinking of raising money for charity we wanted to do something that was both unique and challenging.
"I don't think we quite realised how tough it would be riding up to 15 hours one day, a very gruelling challenge both physically and mentally, but all in aid of a good cause.
"We all really enjoyed the task right the way through from adapting the bike to the finish line at Lands end. We had plenty of breakdowns and challenges to keep the team occupied on the journey.
"The response we have received from everyone who chose to sponsor us has been fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for supporting us and making it a worthwhile venture."
Joining seven friends, the trip took a total of three days, with the fundraisers riding for a total of 15 hours on the leg from Carlisle down to Bristol.
Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice at North Anston provides care and support to families who have a child who has a life limiting condition and is not expected to live into adulthood.
