News: Signs of expansion for Rotherham and Sheffield’s leading sign company

Signs Express business owners Steve & Carol Morris are delighted to announce they have purchased an additional territory to their franchise package, expanding the market leading sign company to cover the whole of Sheffield.



With their production base in Templeborough and previously covering just the north of Sheffield and surrounding areas, the husband and wife team decided to expand their operation following consistent growth and the award of a number of high profile contracts.

One such contract is the recent award to provide all signage to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, a fourth successive contract win for the council work for Signs Express (Sheffield) since they first opened in 2004.

Now covering all of Sheffield there are high hopes of expansion as the production centre grows its customer base further. Carol Morris said: "Whilst most businesses have experienced a downfall during the recession, we have been able to capitalise on our high quality products and excellent customer service to increase our customer base. Signs and graphics are a cost effective promotional tool and one which can really help a business stand out from the crowd.

"We work with businesses large and small to provide a one stop sign solution from interior and exterior signs to vehicle graphics, banners and exhibition displays. Our customers include multinational companies like Rizonjet, Sheffield Forgemasters as well as local authorities, small businesses and attractions such as Sheffield Art Galleries."

The territory expansion caps off an excellent year for the franchise who recently received an award at the Sign Excellence Awards for their bespoke conference backdrop set for the Sheffield Business Awards held earlier this year.
