Led by Ian Anderson, chief executive and Bruce Allen, finance director, the senior management team of Stafforce Recruitment now owns 15% of the share holding of the business.

Stafforce began its 33 year history in Rotherham and has been providing local jobs for local people ever since. The business has grown beyond the Rotherham area and now has 11 high street branches around the country. Stafforce works with over 500 employers in England, delivering quality recruitment and business support solutions and also works on-site with larger employers including Stelrad Ideal and Garnett Dickinson in Rotherham.

Bruce Allen, finance director of Stafforce Recruitment, said: "The business has been working towards this partial management buy-out for a couple of years now and the move supports our plans for growth and the strategic development of Stafforce."

Nick Cragg, chairman, said: "Today Stafforce is a national recruitment agency but our roots lie here in Rotherham and as a business we will continue to make a difference to our local community and find jobs for local people. There are exciting plans for the future and I look forward to being a part of them."
