News: Funk D Punk launches Rotherham store
A Rotherham-based entrepreneur has launched a store in the town as he aims to make Funk D Punk, the men's fashion brand of prestige clothing.
Zaheer Khan aims to provide a new funky range of good quality fashion range of clothing at affordable prices to those already spending, but ensuring they save money where they can.
The style is inspired by East Asian and Italian tailored roots with a raw cutting edge of city fashion, influenced by UK popular culture and funky innovative designs.
The new store, which opened last weekend at Mangham Road, Parkgate, will result in around eight part time employees. It is the first physical store for the Funk D Punk brand which has been operating on line for some time.
With the backing of Huddersfield business growth agency, Yorkshire Business Growth, further store openings are planned for this year and a wholesale and international distribution network is being established.
