News: Assured awarded Jaguar Land Rover contract
Fast-growing Assured Fire and Security has been awarded a major new maintenance contract with Jaguar Land Rover.
The award winning Rotherham fire and security specialist will be providing CCTV maintenance at all three main Midlands Jaguar Land Rover sites in Whitley, Leamington and Gaydon.
The new global headquarters at Whitley, near Coventry, includes 155 acres of engineering space and is home to approximately 2,000 employees.
The company's Gaydon site hosts high-technology design and engineering facilities and is home to 3,000 employees.
Leamington hosts an academy where both technical and commercial training for the Jaguar and Land Rover UK dealer networks takes place.
The roll call of national clients of Dinnington-based Assured now includes such major names as Tata Steel, Rolls Royce, Nissan, Honda, Lafarge, Harveys Furniture, Toolstation, Warner Brothers, Games Workshop, River Island as well as other commercial, public sector, industrial and manufacturing companies.
Simon Stokes, managing director at Assured, said: "We are delighted to be strengthening our links with existing customers like Jaguar Land Rover.
"We see this new contract as continuing proof of our strength in an extremely competitive national market."
