News: Rotherham construction firm celebrates move into £5.5m offices

By

One of Rotherham's most successful firms is celebrating making the 100 yard move to its new headquarters. The Horbury Group has taken up residence in the newly named South Grove House, the latest of £17 million worth of developments by the group, in the prestigious Moorgate area of Rotherham. South Grove House is of such a high standard that managers at Horbury Group opted to move into the landmark 32,000 sq ft building, using the opportunity to gather the majority of the group companies under one roof. Trevor Wragg, managing director of the Horbury Group, said: “This move marks a great step in the development of the Horbury Group and was driven by the growth of the company. “Horbury Group is only taking a portion of South Grove House, but it allows us to pull the group companies together into a very useable, high specification space." The move will free up Horbury's previous offices at North Grove House, some of the finest commercial space available in the country.
