News: Vector 31 in Rotherham fills up

By

Langtree has signed up another two occupiers for over 31,500 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space at the second phase of its Vector 31 development in Rotherham.

The first deal sees Suplex UK Ltd, suppliers of vehicle springs, taking an 11,627 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.

Managing Director of Suplex UK Ltd, Daniel White said: "We considered a number of other potential developments before opting for Vector 31. However, its superior specification, business park environment and superb transport links meant that Vector 31 was the ideal choice for us."

Expanding at Vector 31 is Clockwork Removals Limited, who has taken a further 20,190 sq ft of space, in addition to its existing 17,727 sq ft unit, on a 5-year lease with an option to purchase.

Courtenay Morison, Managing Director of Clockwork Removals commented: "Due to the success of our Yorkshire division we required more space to expand our business, so the remaining unit at Vector 31's second phase was the perfect solution, meaning we didn't have to relocate for the second time in 12 months."

Langtree has delivered over 164,260 sq ft of industrial space across two phases at Vector 31 in Waleswood. The second phase, provides six industrial units ranging in size from 10,166 to 20,190 sq ft.

Helen Gordon, Senior Property Manager at Langtree added: "We are delighted to welcome another two occupiers to the second phase of Vector 31, taking the site to its full occupancy."
