Specific listed buildings such as the former Three Cranes Inn and the derelict George Wright Building wil be among those to benefit from the project. As part of Rotherham Renaissance, £35m of new developments are taking shape in the nearby Westgate area aimed at putting new retail, commercial and residential life into the town centre.
