News: Renaissance art to help form new public spaces in Rotherham

By

Rotherham people are being asked to get involved in a project that will see public art displayed in the town centre alongside the new buildings and redevelopments of Rotherham Renaissance. People can comment on what they’d like to see to local artist, Adam Reynolds, by visiting a large-scale plinth in All Saints’ Square on February 11, 12 and 13. A series of free events and workshops have also been arranged. Introducing public art into the town centre Renaissance programme is seen by Tom Bell, Neighbourhood Investment Manager as a way to "bring inspiring features and landmarks, which will represent Rotherham’s aspirations for the future.”
