Acting on behalf of Ashtenne Industrial Fund, the Sheffield office of Atisreal has been successful in securing the sale of an 118,844 sq ft industrial unit on the Barbot Hall Industrial Estate in Rotherham for £4M. The Barbot 120 unit has undergone extensive refurbishment, project managed by the building consultancy team at Atisreal. Rotherham based Thos. Winnard & Sons Ltd, manufacturers and distributors of commercial vehicle brake discs and drums has bought the unit to relocate its operations from Hellaby Industrial Estate in Rotherham. Ashley Kerner of Atisreal Sheffield is quoted in the Sheffield Telegraph "This deal highlights that there remains a strong demand for industrial properties to purchase in the region."
