News: Rotherham NHS Chief to present on the transformation of Rotherham General Hospital

Sheffield Hallam University are hosting an evening with Brian James, Chief Executive of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust on Wednesday February 27. The presentation will highlight the journey undertaken by Rotherham General Hospital in its transformation from an NHS Public Sector Institution to NHS Foundation Trust, and the changes it has undergone in becoming a commercial enterprise. Brian James and The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust were recently featured in the BBC TV series "Can Gerry Robinson fix the NHS ?", which has sparked widespread debate on the issues of managing in the NHS.
