News: Residential plans for Waterfront scheme revealed

TCN UK has submitted plans for the major residential aspect of their £130m Waterfront development in Manvers, Rotherham. The outline plans include 386 residential units in a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Also included in the plans are 10,000 sq ft of retail space, 20,000 sq ft of restaurant/cafe space and 25,000 sq ft of leisure space for a health club. The transformational scheme is on remediated former colliery land surrounding a 49 acre lake with the commercial, hotel, golf course and boating house development aspects well underway.
