Rotherham entrepreneur Mark Mallinder has opened his latest outlet of Britain’s number one seller of sandwiches, Subway, at Parkgate Shopping in Rotherham. Mark is really looking forward to the success of his latest venture. As a keen skydiver, he is well used to scaling the heights. Staff training and motivation are key elements of his approach, and Joanne Wright, who manages the store, has been with him since day one of his first franchise in Rotherham town centre. Mark comments: ““We pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers great tasting sub sandwiches, made just the way they want, fresh in front of them. “Parkgate, with its extended shopping hours and range of top high street names is a good location for us."
