News: Martek enter new South American market

One Rotherham company with a growing export list is Martek Marine. Martek’s award winning Bulksafe water ingress detection system has recently opened a new market opportunity in the South American country of Guyana. Sales co-ordinator Nicola Walker was pleased with the number of recent Bulksafe orders: “It’s been great to achieve plenty of Bulksafe sales this month and it’s particularly nice to have an order from a new customer in a country that Martek hasn’t previously dealt with. Guyana is one of several new countries that we’ve developed business links with this year; it’s certainly keeping the sales team really busy!” May has also been topped off with a number of significant orders for MariNOx and the MM2000 pump room gas detection system.
