News: Rotherham's Martek launch latest product

Martek’s latest product, the Lifeforce Automated External Defibrillator has seen a terrific launch in the last two weeks. The Lifeforce AED is a shift from Martek’s existing product range of gas detection, water level detection and emissions monitoring however it still carries the same core belief of ensuring safety and protection of life at sea. On land the chances of the emergency services reaching a sudden cardiac arrest victim in time are slim, at sea the chances are zero. The Lifeforce AED can make the difference between saving a life and having a victim die. Marketing Director Steve Coulson believes the product will be a resounding success in the marine industry. "So far there has been some terrific interest in Lifeforce and orders have been rushing in. Over 20 units have been sold in the first two weeks alone and it is expected that more and more people will identify the need for this life-saving product."
