News: Martek shortlisted for national award

By

Rotherham company, Martek Marine has reached the regional finals of the National Business Awards. The award for Business of the Year, sponsored by Badenoch & Clark professional recruitment consultants, will go to the outstanding organisation that has best demonstrated exceptional financial returns, strong growth and innovation strategies, plus market leadership in its sector. Martek has been shortlisted due to the incredible growth and developments to the business in the last year thanks in part to the market leading on-board engine emissions monitoring system MariNOx. Managing Director Paul Luen and Marketing Director Steve Coulson are set to attend the event which takes place at the ACC Liverpool on 17th July. Managing Director Paul Luen was equally optimistic of winning the award. He said: "With the number of incredible developments that have taken place this year I’m certain the judging panel will identify what an unbelievable year we’ve had; the level of growth has been nothing short of astounding. I am extremely hopeful that we have a very strong case for this award and indeed the national award. It would be testament to the level of commitment and effort from all the team here!"
