News: Logistics company moves into Rotherham shed

Property Week reports that logistics operator Cert Octavian has taken 84,000 sq ft at Adwick Park, Manvers, in Rotherham. The company already operates from the Hellaby Industrial Estate in the borough. Earlier this month, Cert Octavian announced a number of high profile contract wins and contract extensions including Red Bull UK and suppliers of beverages including chmpagne, vodka, absinthe and various wines. It has agreed a 5 year lease with a 3 year break at Adwick Park. Paul Mack, associate director at DTZ, who advised Cert Octavian, told Property Week: "This transaction is one of the largest industrial lettings in South Yorkshire this year and sends out strong signals to landlords and developers that there are still plenty of deals to be done, despite the negative sentiment currently overshadowing the market."
