News: Industrial firm expands in Rotherham

By

Trutek Fasteners Ltd has purchased a unit from Langtree on the second phase of the Vector 31 Business Park in Rotherham. Langtree has delivered 71,824 sq ft of space on the first phase of Vector 31 which was fully occupied within 12 months of completion. Following this success, the Sheffield-based property developer completed a second phase in April this year, totalling 90,868 sq ft across six industrial units and offices. Helen Bazzant, senior property manager at Langtree, was delighted to hand over the keys and welcome Trutek Fasteners Ltd to its new home. She says: "We specialise in creating high quality units offering flexibility for manufacturing and distribution companies and Vector 31 offers one of the most modern environments available in the region. "The Vector 31 development is extremely attractive to both new and expanding businesses due to its flexible accommodation and its established commercial location which has attracted occupiers such as Arnold Magnetics Limited and CCPI Europe Limited. "Trutek Fasteners has shown continued growth and this unit offers room for further expansion." Trutek has moved from Don Road, Attercliffe and the agent for Vector 31 is Knight Frank's Sheffield office.
