Rotherham company, Inditherm, has won a prestigious Medilink UK Award for 2009. The awards, sponsored by Xiros Plc, celebrate cutting edge technologies, outstanding business achievements and international success and collaboration and have been designed to showcase the cream of the healthcare industry. Inditherm picked up the UKT&I sponsored Export Achievement Award after their export sales increased by a staggering 338%. Inditherm's energy efficient polymer technology is used in heating mattresses, pipework, sports pitches, storage vessels and medical treatments and the company now works with over 30 medical distributors and overseas partners. The company's CosyTherm neonatal range is now firmly established as market leader in the UK and is starting to attract increasing interest in the USA.
