News: Aleltho Energy and ITI Energy sign MoU

ITI Energy, based in the Advanced Manufacturing Park Technology Centre in Rotherham, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aleltho Energy which could lead to a ground-breaking gasification facility.

ITI Energy are manufacturers of an efficient patented advanced gasification process, which is designed to take waste feedstock for the generation of a synthetic gas which can be used to power a combustion engine.

Aleltho Energy is a leading developer, investor and asset manager in the renewable energy sector.

The MoU has been entered into to enable the parties to conduct exclusive negotiations for the development and construction of a 6.7MgW gasification facility in the North East of England and for the future roll out of opportunities using the advanced ITI gasification process.

ITI Energy has two projects already fully designed with planning permission granted and operating permits issued by the Environment Agency. One on Teeside and one in Nottingham.
