News: CTS takes office space in Rotherham town centre
CTS Training has taken 4,000 sq ft (372 sq m) of office accommodation at in Rotherham town centre.
The deal, which sees one of the largest single office lettings in the town for some years was carried out by Rotherham's Burgess Commercial.
Neil Keally, Director at Burgess Commercial said: "In fairly difficult economic times this deal was particularly pleasing to complete with all parties concerned ensuring the building was refurbished and the Lease completed in time for CTS Training to re-locate."
South Yorkshire-based CTS is a specialist training organisation concentrating on learners furthest removed from the labour market.
Steve Holmes, Chief Executive Officer of CTS Training added: "CTS Training is delighted to have secured the premises at 8 Ship Hill in Rotherham, to accommodate the further expansion of our business in South Yorkshire.
"We appreciate the work carried out by the landlord (through Burgess Commercial Ltd) to make the premises DDA compliant prior to our occupation, thus enabling our business to operate in compliance with legislation, and provide appropriate access and facilities for our clients and customers."
