News: Twins elevated into management at Rotherham recruitment firm

Elevation Recruitment, based in Rotherham, has appointed identical twins Rachael and Fran Lee to management positions at the growing company.

Rachael is business manager recruiting for jobs in the sales and financial services sectors and Fran is business manager recruiting for jobs in the accountancy and finance sectors.

Rachael, who worked alongside Fran in their previous roles at an international recruitment firm, said: "I've worked with my sister previously and am happy to be doing it again. We work well together – maybe it's that twin thing everyone talks about!"

Rachael, added: "We are both looking forward to getting started at Elevation. We feel we've joined a company that is on the up."

The appointments reflect the growth Elevation, the tenth subsidiary of The Horbury Group, is currently experiencing. The company is one of the good news stories of the recession – successfully establishing an agency to target specific sectors and geographical areas at a time when the economy was unstable.
